This was my first class at goodyoga, and I really enjoyed it. I live a few blocks away so having a great yoga place nearby that isn’t crazy expensive is pretty wonderful. Leona was great too — I’ll definitely take more of her classes in the future. I sort of wish your evening classes started a little earlier, like 7 pm rather than 7:30 pm. I only say this b/c it’s a little more difficult for me to motivate to go to a later class, but it’s been great so far. Thanks!

    Flannery,

Was wonderful meeting you and experiencing your amazing space… I’m looking forward to spending a lot of time there.

  3. I love goodyoga and the incredible team within! I feel my best when I go every day, and love being able to do that- mind, body, spirit. Practicing on my own is always meh in comparison, but I often can’t do the early and late classes. Seriously missing afternoon and early evening offerings – especially the noon and 4:30/5:30p goodflow E/C classes. Any chance of bringing back some middle ground options for those who can’t do morning or late evening?

    Much love,
    Pamela

Well it’s the opposite for me. Most days I can’t get to any class before 7pm and those seem to be the hardest to find. Ashtanga in particular, which is pretty much the only yoga I do. Anyway, that’s my bit.
