I began my yoga practice in 2005, when I moved next to a yoga studio in Manhattan. After my first class, I knew that yoga would change my life for the better and give me tools to live in a healthy and positive way. I was (and still am) very inspired by wonderful teachers like Melissa McKay, Jen Whinnen, Stacey Sperling and Johanna Aldrich.
I began teaching in 2010, after completing my 200 hour training with Three Sisters Yoga. I really enjoy bringing yoga to beginners and making the practice accessible to everyone, as well as creating fun and challenging combinations of classic poses. Aside from teaching and practicing yoga, I write music and sing and play with my band all over New York.
